Due to rising operating costs, we find it necessary to increase the price of our hosting service by approximately 12%. This adjustment will help us maintain our high service standards and continue to deliver the quality results you expect. The new pricing tiers will go into effect on April 14, 2025.
We understand and appreciate any pricing changes are impactful. As a loyal customer, we are offering you an opportunity to lock in your current pricing through an annual commitment. You may continue to pay your current rate, with no pricing increases during one year commitment period.
To take advantage of this offer please open a support ticket with our billing department and request either the billing cycle update (if you are paying monthly), or extension of your current annual cycle (if you are paying annually), and we will create a custom invoice for you. Should you choose not to take this option, a 12% increase will be added to your invoice after April 14, 2025.
