Please use the following FTP Login Credentials and Settings:
- FTP Host/Hostname: your domain name or site IP address
- FTP Username: your cPanel/FTP username
- FTP Password: your cPanel/FTP password
- Port: 21
- Path/directory: leave this field blank or put the public_html (depends on your FTP client)
The Username, Password and other settings can be found in the email entitled "Hosting Account Information" that has been sent to you after account activation.
Please keep in mind that your FTP username and password are the same as your username and password for your cPanel (hosting control panel).
