If you forgot your email account password, please follow the directions below:
- Log into your cPanel (hosting control panel).
- Scroll down to the Email section.
- Click on the Email Accounts icon.
- Beside your email account click the Manage button.
- Insert or generate a New Password.
- Don't forget to scroll down and click the Update Email Settings button.
Make sure to record or memorise your new password.
